Nicholas Motley is 18 years old and born in Chestertown, Maryland, and raised in Savannah, Georgia. He found his passion for dance at the young age of 6. He then spent the next 12 years training at Kelly and Company Studios. He attended Savannah Arts Academy in High school as a dance major to further continue his dance education. Nicholas has performed in a variety of dance showcases, performances, and competitions throughout his training. He has competed at YAGP (Youth American Grand Prix), WBC (World Ballet Competition), NYCDA (New York City Dance Alliance), and UBC (Universal Ballet Competition). His favorite role he has performed is The Nutcracker. Nicholas is thrilled to be joining Cinncinati Ballet’s second company. Cincinnati Ballet has so many things to offer through its classes, performances, and performers. He is so grateful for this opportunity and can not wait to start dancing in the fall.
