February is Black History Month – a time to recognize and celebrate African-American experiences and accomplishments, as well as raise awareness about the legacy of the struggle for equity, inclusion, and social change. Cincinnati Ballet joins companies across the country confronting the historical lack of diversity in the art form and working towards creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive community. This month, follow our social media platforms as we highlight black artists who’ve contributed to the art form. We’ve also created this a list of resources to help educate, promote, and celebrate Black voices in the ballet community.
