Kana Arai began her training at Acri Horimoto Ballet academy in Japan. She participated Prix de Lausanne 2014. At age 16 she continued her studies at The Royal Conservatory The Hague in the Netherlands.
After the graduation, she joined Opera National Bucharest in 2016. During her time there, she performed the role of Cupid and Kitri’s friend in Don Quijote, Small Swans and Pas de trois in Swan Lake, Princess Florine in Sleeping Beauty and many more. She was promoted to a soloist in 2024.
