brian gomez


Brian Gómez trained at the prestigious National Ballet School of Cuba, graduating with honors in 2015. He began his professional career with the National Ballet of Cuba before joining the Municipal Ballet of Lima, Peru, where he rose to the rank of Principal Dancer. He later danced with Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami, and was a Principal Dancer with Ballet Rhode Island for three seasons. Throughout his career, Brian performed leading roles in renowned classical ballets, including Swan Lake, Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, Don Quixote, Le Corsaire, La Bayadère, Coppélia, The Nutcracker, and La Fille Mal Gardée. His repertoire also included principal roles in George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante and Who Cares?, as well as neoclassical and contemporary works by acclaimed choreographers such as Gerald Arpino, José Limón, Trey McIntyre, Septime Webre, Vicente Nebrada, Yanis Pikieris, Yury Yanowsky, Ken Ossola, and Jimmy Orrante. As a guest artist, he appeared in prestigious international events, including Festival Boca Raton, LifeChance Gala of the Stars, and the Porto Alegre Superior Ballet Festival, performing alongside distinguished dancers and companies from around the world.
