Jada Monet Edwards trained at the Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam, where she earned an Associate Degree after studying under renowned faculty including Ernst Meisner and David Makhatelli. Prior to her training in the Netherlands, she studied at A&A Ballet, the Chicago Academy of the Arts, and Chicago Ballet Conservatory.
Her performance experience includes appearances with Milwaukee Ballet in The Nutcracker and Giselle, as well as performances with the Dutch National Ballet Academy’s Dansers Van Morgen, dancing works by Kenneth MacMillan, Jiří Kylián, William Forsythe, and Hans van Manen. She also performed with the Dutch National Ballet in Raymonda and toured Guatemala with A&A Ballet in The Firebird.
Jada is a 2023 National YoungArts Winner in Classical Ballet and a Youth America Grand Prix finalist. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Pennsylvania State University while continuing her professional dance career.
