Rachele Pizzillo is from Palermo, Italy. A Royal Ballet School graduate, she has performed various soloist and principal roles, such as Don Quixote by Carlos Acosta, Le Baiser de la fée by Michael Corder, Romeo and Juliet by Kenneth MacMillan, Embrace by George Williamson, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake by Peter Wright and more.

Rachele joined the Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2015 and was promoted to First Artist in 2021 before joining Cincinnati Ballet as a First Soloist in 2025.
