Kimberley began her dance training at a young age under the instruction of Mary Kamp at the Academy of Dance in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kimberley attended The Ohio State University and while at OSU she was a member of the 3D Urban Dance Team and often performed in productions sponsored by the OSU Dance Department. In 2004, Kimberley graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Social Work.
While serving as a social worker for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, Kimberley founded and piloted “Reforming Arts,” a performing arts and entrepreneurship program for inmates confined to the Toledo Correctional Institution. Her work awarded her the President Obama’s Council on Fitness and Nutrition 2013 Community Leadership Award. In 2013, Kimberley founded Arabesque Dance Academy and Limitless Performing Arts Company in Cincinnati, OH. In 2014 and 2019, she was gifted a full scholarship to American Ballet Theatre where she studied as a Project Plie instructor and went on to receive ABT National Training Curriculum Certifications.
Kimberley holds a master’s degree in criminal justice and forensic psychology. In addition to her work at Cincinnati Ballet, she serves as the District Social Worker for North College Hill City Schools. Her passion is ensuring dance is accessible to underserved populations.
