Registration Services Manager

Elizabeth Metz


Elizabeth is a Cincinnati native who has worked for and with non-profit education organizations for more than 15 years. She worked locally at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the University of Cincinnati’s Center for Community Engagement before spending six years as Recruitment and Outreach Manager at Washington, DC, non-profit For Love of Children. At FLOC, she directed efforts to recruit and onboard 400+ students and 500+ volunteers annually for out-of-school-time tutoring and college access programs. Elizabeth brought her experience in student enrollment, program administration, and volunteer management to the Academy team in 2017. She has a degree in Art, English, and Human Rights Studies from the University of Dayton, and she spends her free time writing and drawing as she pursues publication as a picture book author/illustrator.
