Nicholas started dancing at 6 years old, focusing on ballet, contemporary, jazz and hip-hop. His training began in Savannah, Georgia under Kelly and Company Studios under the direction of Shannon Kelly. He then spent the next 12 years training at Kelly and Company Studios. He attended Savannah Arts Academy in high school as a dance major to continue his dance education.  Nicholas has competed in many competitions including Youth America Grand Prix, Universal Ballet Competition, World Ballet Competition, NYCDA and Onstage New York. He was invited as a finalist in all of these competitions, notably in 2022 and 2023, he was awarded fourth overall at the World Ballet Competition.  

This will be Nicholas’ second year with Cincinnati Ballet. He has performed in works such as Confetti by Gerald Arpino, Jewels by George Balanchine, Don Quixote by Ana Marie Holmes, The Nutcracker by Victoria Morgan, and most recently The Prince in The Little Mermaid by Ballet West. Nicholas is looking forward to this season and the amazing repertoire to be performed.
