Originally from Newport Beach, California, Stella began her early training at the ABT Gillespie
School. She had the opportunity to perform child roles in American Ballet Theatre’s The
Nutcracker for three years. She then went on to train at The Colburn Dance Academy under the
direction of Silas Farley from 2021-2023. While studying at Colburn, she had the opportunity to
perform a diverse repertoire including the principal role in George Balanchine’s Mozartiana, and
featured roles in Jerome Robbins’ Antique Epigraphs and Goldberg Variations. Additional
Colburn performances include Silas Farley’s Middleground and Strayhorn, as well as Justin
Peck’s Pulcinella Variations.
She then went on to complete her training at American Ballet Theatre’s Jacqueline Kennedy
Onassis School, on scholarship under Artistic Director Stella Abrera, working with faculty
including Yan Chen, Stella Abrera, and Ruben Martin from 2023-2025. During her time at ABT
JKO, she performed in the American Ballet Theatre Gala at the David H. Koch Theater both in
2023 and 2024. She also performed in the ABT JKO School spring performances at the Joyce
Theater and NYU Skirball Center. There, she performed an excerpt from Alexei Ratmansky’s
The Seasons, George Balanchine’s Valse Fantaisie, and excerpts from Don Quixote. During this
time she also performed in the Youth America Grand Prix 25th Anniversary Gala, where she
danced a corps de ballet excerpt from La Sylphide alongside dancers from the Paris Opera Ballet.
She attended summer programs at The School of American Ballet, Boston Ballet School, Ballet
West Academy, San Francisco Ballet School, and the Royal Ballet School in London. Stella is
excited to join Cincinnati Ballet’s Second Company.
