Sierra Severt is a dance artist and administrator from Diamond, Ohio. As a young dancer, she trained at Ohio Conservatory of Ballet for eight years while attending summer intensive programs at Cincinnati Ballet. In 2021, Sierra joined the Professional Training Division at Cincinnati Ballet, where she spent three seasons as a Trainee. During this time, Sierra performed in over 20 major productions with the Company, including roles in ballets such as Victoria Morgan’s The Nutcracker, George Balanchine’s Valse Fantaisie and Raymonda Variations, and Septime Webre’s ALICE (in wonderland).
Outside of the studio, Sierra worked as a Student Experience Representative for Cincinnati Ballet’s Otto M. Budig Academy for three years and as a Resident Advisor for the Cincinnati Ballet Summer Intensive for two summers. In 2024, Sierra graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University. She is a member of the International Business Honor Society and the recipient of the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key for scholastic excellence. Sierra is passionate about combining her experience in dance with her interest in business and loves working with the team at the Otto M. Budig Academy.
