SENSORY FRIENDLY PERFORMANCES

Cincinnati Ballet presents a sensory friendly version of certain ballets throughout the season. In our continuing mission to bring dance to every member of our city, sensory friendly performances accommodate children, families and adults with sensory sensitivities and other specific needs.

WHAT MAKES THE PERFORMANCE SENSORY FRIENDLY?

• House lights remain at half brightness during the entire performance.
• Entry and exit to the theater is not restricted. You may come and go as you please. 
• Volunteers are stationed throughout the audience, lobby and outside the venue to assist audience members. 
• Quiet areas are designated in the lobby. 
• Cincinnati Ballet dancers, staff, orchestra, ushers and volunteers are receiving training to ensure an exemplary experience for you and your family.
