As the responsible billing party, I understand and agree that coaching fees support rehearsal time only and do not include any choreography fees a choreographer may charge for use of an existing work or commissioning an original work. Choreography fees are determined outside of the Academy between the student and the choreographer. Choreography fees do not apply to classical works.(Required)

As the responsible billing party, I confirm that my student is registering for the above coaching package and our account will be billed accordingly. I further understand and agree that participants who engage in additional coaching hours above those noted for their package will be billed $70/hour or $40/half-hour for all additional sessions.(Required)
