ABOUT CINCYDANCE! FOUNDATIONS
Each spring Cincinnati Ballet offers a free 15-week introductory dance experience for area second graders through our CincyDance! program. The CincyDance Foundations course connects students to the joy of dance as they explore ballet, creative movement and exposure to other dance styles. Over the course of 15 weeks, participants receive:
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Second grade students are invited to join us for an audition experience at Cincinnati Ballet. The audition is a fun and informal opportunity for students to try out aspects of the program, meet our faculty, and explore the Center for Dance. No experience or preparation is necessary. Participation in CincyDance! Foundations is open exclusively to participants from the audition.

WHO IS INVITED
Any second grader in the tri-state area!
ATTIRE
Wear comfortable clothes you can dance in. Skirts, dresses or jeans are not recommended. Dancers will audition in bare feet.
HOW TO PREPARE
Show up and bring your best self! No previous dance training or audition materials are required.
Due to limited capacity, we encourage all participants to pre-register online or by phone as registration will be limited on the day of the audition.
