It’s no easy feat to create Dorothy’s bejeweled, ruby red pointe shoes. It’s a painstaking process that takes many hours of intricate work by our wardrobe department. First the shoes are dyed, then each jewel is attached by hand. The final product: GORGEOUS! See the magic on stage October 25 through November 3 at the Aronoff Center for the Arts.
