Cincinnati Ballet’s Adult Winter Intensive offers an energizing and artistically rich start to your new year through curated programming designed to deepen your practice, broaden your movement vocabulary, and reignite the creative spark that first drew you to dance. Build momentum, strengthen your technique, and celebrate your growth within a supportive community of fellow adult dancers and inspiring faculty.
Center the start of your new year with an immersive dance experience that brings creative energy, renewal and intention to your dance practice. Cincinnati Ballet’s Adult Winter Intensive is designed specifically for adult dancers, offering a balanced blend of technical rigor, artistic exploration and the joy of moving in community.
Each day begins grounded in ballet technique before moving into modern, contemporary, and other dance disciplines that broaden your range and keep your training inspired. Conditioning sessions and focused skills workshops provide dedicated space to refine mechanics, build healthier habits, and strengthen your technique with confidence and clarity.
The weekend comes full circle with opening and closing receptions for participants and faculty, while optional add-on experiences create opportunities to deepen connections and personalize your experience.
