Join Cincinnati Ballet for a FREE dance experience connecting your second grader to the joy and discipline of dance! CincyDance! is a fully-scholarshipped program designed to remove barriers and encourage racial, gender, and economic diversity within Cincinnati Ballet’s Otto M. Budig Academy. Auditioning students are considered for the CincyDance! Foundations class. The 15-week course teaches ballet fundamentals and exposes students to other forms of dance including street dance, modern, and global dance. Classes take place at the Margaret and Michael Valentine Center for Dance from January – May. Dance attire is provided.
No dance experience is required but students must attend and be accepted through a CincyDance! audition. Audition information is outlined below.

HOW TO PREPARE | Show up and bring your best self! No previous dance training or audition materials are required. Due to limited capacity, we encourage all participants to pre-register online or by phone as registration will be limited on the day of the audition. |
Anyone experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness should refrain from entering the Center for Dance. Masks are optional for all participants and guests.
