Victoria Allen trained under the direction of Leslie Jordan at North Central Ballet in her home town of Keller, Texas. As a member of the North Central Ballet company, she enjoyed performing three full-length classical ballets each year. She also participated in work shopping many original contemporary works, assistant-teaching and choreographing. Allen has had the opportunity to receive scholarships to summer programs such as Orlando Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Cincinnati Ballet. She won first place at the Youth America Grand Prix for contemporary solo in 2013, and had the opportunity to perform at the Alvin Ailey Theater in New York City before joining Cincinnati Ballet Second Company for the 2016-2017 Season.
