Cincinnati Ballet is excited to open the new Margaret and Michael Valentine Center for Dance to the community for an inviting introduction to ballet and dance performance. These performances are designed to welcome new audiences to dance through accessible storytelling, relatable themes, fun choreography, and community partnerships. Join us at the new Center for Dance on select Sunday afternoons with your family and friends for these hour-long performances.
We can’t wait to welcome you Sunday, March 12 for our Community Performance Series, Aesop’s Fables. Performed by our Professional Training Division, this fun, interactive dance experience is a great introduction to the artform for all ages. If you are unfamiliar with Aesop’s Fables, it’s a group of stories thought to have been written by Aesop, a Greek storyteller. The main characters in these stories are animals, and each story demonstrates a moral lesson. Choose from three show times below.
