A dazzling triple bill
Your whole family will enjoy this delightful triple bill. For the first time in company history we present Jiří Kylián’s Sechs Tänze, a whimsical take on the aristocratic era set to the music of Mozart. Filled with sophisticated precision, this fanciful romp is poetic and playful. Along with Sechs Tänze is the world premiere of Victoria Morgan’s Dancing to Oz with original music by Maestro Carmon DeLeone. Based upon the classic Oz tale, the ballet begins in a dance studio. Our heroine follows a fabled path that ultimately reveals hidden strengths. Closing out the bill is Ma Cong’s Near Light which expresses the power of perspective by using different movement and a rose to demonstrate a variety of emotions which can inspire great change and progress.
