Looking to get active during this time of isolation? Here’s a Barre Fitness class with former Cincinnati Ballet Company dancer and current Academy Faculty Courtney Hellebuyck. Join us LIVE on FACEBOOK Mondays at 1:00 PM for Barre Fitness.

Equipment needed: A set of 1-3 pound weights, a set of 5-7 pound weights, a mat, a pillow, and a chair (if you do not have weights, you may use soup cans or water bottles to improvise).

If you love it (and we know you will), don’t forget that we offer a full suite of dance and fitness classes at our studios. Once life gets back to normal, we’ll be back to offering in-person classes including: Ballet Basics, Intermediate Ballet, Dance HIIT, Barre Fitness, Mat Pilates, and Street Dance.
